On this basis, our vehicle repair philosophy can be broken down into three simple areas:
1. Fix the immediate problem
We will provide you with a cost estimate to fix the problem you are having with your vehicle. We will let you know the best course of action and provide you with options where possible. We will not perform any repairs until we get your approval.
2. Additional repairs
Our first priority is the safety of you and your family. During the process of diagnosing, repairing and safety checking your vehicle, if we discover additional problems that need immediate attention, we will contact you to discuss them. We will provide you with our recommendations and a cost estimate – without any pressure to proceed with repairs. We respect your decision to either repair your vehicle, get a second opinion, obtain another estimate or to do nothing at all.
3. Preventative Maintenance
We believe the proper way to maintain a vehicle's safety, appearance and value is through regularly scheduled maintenance that follows your car manufacturer's recommendations. We can supply you with a service cost estimate however you are not under any obligation to proceed. The choice is yours at all times!
Our favourite customers are the ones who know the most about their cars. As a result we take time to educate our customers about their vehicle, and discuss any faults and necessary repairs in simple “laymen’s” terms so that you can have complete confidence in our approach and the repairs that are being carried out on your vehicle.
